TriCare AU provides nurse-led disability supports for people of all ages and disability types. What sets our approach apart is that our Registered Nurses are involved in developing every care plan and supervising every support worker — bringing genuine clinical awareness to daily support delivery, not just task completion.
Our disability support services include personal care, community participation, domestic assistance, nursing services including wound care and medication management, transport, and respite. Every service is delivered by trained, screened, and clinically supervised staff with a personalised care plan developed specifically around your goals and health needs. We work with self-managed and plan-managed participants.
